Out Shines Plus™ is NOT a metal polish!
We recommend a good metal polish for wheel surfaces that need cleaning from rust, bonded brake dust, hard water spots, road tar, road grime, salt, etc.. If your wheels are in good condition, or fairly new then using Out Shines Plus™, without cleaning with metal polish, is just fine.
